Wellbeing Walks combine walking with talking to give you tips and techniques to increase your wellbeing.

Held regularly on Sunday mornings in small groups of 3-5 people, we walk for 40 minutes and explore different aspects of happiness and high performance, including:

The Wellbeing Walks take place in various green spaces across London.

In this one-hour talk we introduce the five components for living well and discuss practical steps you can take to get more of them in your daily life.

You will have the opportunity to rate your current life against these five wellbeing components, share ideas and experiences with each other, and learn simple tips and techniques to bring a sustained sense of wellbeing into your life.
