We’re paid 18% less, so let’s pay 18% less!
According to the latest findings from the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), women are still paid on average 18% less than their male counterparts. The gap is narrowing but at such a slow rate that it’ll be 2058 before we finally catch up!
But it’s not all doom and gloom, since we’re paid 18% less why not get your coaching for 18% less?
