My coaching process

A typical one-to-one coaching process starts with setting objectives, then increasing awareness of what’s stopped you so far and what you have within you to call upon, before moving to effective, achievable action steps, and finally, reflecting on your progress and learnings. So you create the conditions for sustained happiness and success.
