Coaching Process
Coaching is a non-directive way of helping you increase awareness of your issues, strengths and goals, and take concrete steps towards positive change.
Through a series of conversations and development exercises you’ll get from where you are to where you want to be. Coaching helps you focus on what’s important, what your goals are, and how to take steps to reach them.
With coaching, the possibility for greatness lies firmly in your hands – you will be able to access all the skills, expertise and wisdom to make the right choices and to follow through.
With the support and challenge of your coach, you can more quickly, easily and effectively achieve happiness and success.
Here’s an example of the process we’ll follow in a typical coaching programme.
Coaching takes place one-to-one, as well as in group workshops and draws on a number of proven coaching tools and methodologies like Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Myers-Briggs (MBTI) personality profiling.
