A standard coaching program at Happiness Express usually runs for a duration of 3-4 months and is designed to suit your situation and your budget.

There are a variety of ways we can work together. Prefer to meet in-person? Great, let’s talk about a location to suit you, close to your office or home – I’m based in Bicester, but can travel further afield if agreed (government restrictions permitting!). Power Hour – Single Session Coaching
A one-off session to explore and action plan a specific issue.
If you’ve hit a mental block, find yourself endlessly procrastinating or simply need a fresh perspective, the Power Hour could be the key to clear whatever’s in your way and get you moving again.
A bit like a Happy Hour, it actually lasts longer than an hour!
1 x 90 minute session
Ideal for people who’ve been coached before.
Use as a top-up session twice a year to keep you on track, or every January to set your goals for the year.

Express Coaching – 6 x 30-minute Zoom Sessions
Let’s get right to the point. If you’re short on time, want to keep costs down and like the dynamism of quick bursts of support and challenge, Express Coaching is for you.
A series of 6 half-hour Zoom coaching sessions, held weekly or bi-weekly to suit you.
Express Coaching is ideal for helping you maintain momentum, whether that’s supporting you through a gruelling work project, keeping you accountable to your diet and fitness regime, or helping you nip negative thought patterns in the bud to become a happier version of you.
It’s a no-frills approach to coaching. You click Zoom, get coached, get on with life.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality profiling tool that helps you:
