Standard Coaching Program

A standard coaching program at Happiness Express usually runs for a duration of 3-4 months and is designed to suit your situation and your budget.

  • Hourly coaching sessions (usually 6-10 sessions)

  • Post-session Insights & Actions summary reports
  • Unlimited phone and email support

Maybe your needs are a bit different. If you have a burning issue that would benefit from a one-off sounding board, try the Power Hour as a single-session solution to your dilemma. Or for short, sharp bursts of support, 30-minute Express Coaching might be for you. Or maybe you want to get under your own skin and learn more about yourself, in which case the MBTI Personality Profiling session might be just what you need.

There are a variety of ways we can work together. Prefer to meet in-person? Great, let’s talk about a location to suit you, close to your office or home – I’m based in London, but can travel further afield if agreed. Want the flexibility of not having to leave your home or office? Then let’s meet over Skype or phone – I offer a reduced rate for the convenience of this format, so that might suit if budget is tight.

Power Hour – Single Session Coaching

A one-off session to explore and action plan a specific issue.

If you’ve hit a mental block, find yourself endlessly procrastinating or simply need a fresh perspective, the Power Hour could be the key to clear whatever’s in your way and get you moving again.

A bit like a Happy Hour, it actually lasts longer than an hour!

1 x 90 minute session

Ideal for people who’ve been coached before.

Use as a top-up session twice a year to keep you on track, or every January to set your goals for the year.

Express Coaching – 6 x 30-minute Skype Sessions

Let’s get right to the point. If you’re short on time, want to keep costs down and like the dynamism of quick bursts of support and challenge, Express Coaching is for you.

A series of 6 half-hour Skype coaching sessions, held weekly or bi-weekly to suit you.

Express Coaching is ideal for helping you maintain momentum, whether that’s supporting you through a grueling work project, keeping you accountable to your diet and fitness regime, or helping you nip negative thought patterns in the bud to become a happier version of you.

It’s a no-frills approach to coaching. You start up Skype, get coached, get on with life.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality profiling tool that helps you:
