Programme Outline

Change requires commitment and consistency. If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got. So, for the coaching to be effective you will be supported and challenged to explore what works for you and what doesn’t work for you in your life or career. You’ll take actions to learn new ways of being that will help you achieve the happiness and success you want.

A series of six sessions is usually appropriate for most people and most coaching goals. However, you may decide to extend your coaching with additional sessions to go deeper or to work on new areas. A flexible coaching programme is designed together with you to best suit your objectives, progress and budget.
