Welcome to the new Happiness Express website and blog!
Happiness Express Coaching has been inspiring happiness and high performance across the globe since its inception in 2010.
I’ve been located in Amsterdam, London and Sydney and worked with clients in-person and via Skype from 29 different nationalities.
Almost five years on it was time for a refresh of my website, and a long overdue update to my eNewsletter.
The new website is live and the eNewsletter has been replaced with a Blog, which you can sign up for and receive direct to your inbox.
What’s changed?
- Fully responsive design means you can enjoy your Happiness Express online experience whether on a computer, tablet or mobile phone
- Clear overview of services for individuals and organisations
- Information on Skype and in-person coaching packages
- Dedicated coaching programs for personal branding, strengths coaching and workplace wellbeing, as well as mini ‘Express’ sessions, one-off ‘Power Hours’ and MBTI profiling
- Snapshot summary of what happens in a typical coaching program
- Coaching workshops for organisations on topics such as disruptive thinking, strengths, workplace wellbeing and company values
- Blog – brand new! More on that below
Big thanks to Robyn Smart at Smart Robbie for her guidance on how to get going with WordPress!
What’s the blog all about?
The Blog will replace the eNewsletter and typical topics will include…
- Personal branding and authentic leadership
- Confidence and strengths-building
- Workplace wellbeing and stress resilience
I aim to post six times per year and you can sign up to get it delivered direct to your inbox.
I’ve added a few back-dated posts for you to check out on the website.
If you like what you read, why not share it with others too. Thanks!
What’s to come?
Future website enhancements include…
- Keynote talks on happiness, positive thinking and stress strategies
- Book reviews of my recommended reads
- Video ‘How-to’s’ from ‘What is coaching?’ to ‘Why should I define my personal brand?’ and ‘How can I stop procrastinating?’ and more
- Client case studies – on individual successes and coaching solutions for companies
